2014年3月22日起實施的學生簽證新政

根據2013年10月29日澳大利亞公布的關于針對各國家風險等級評估所做出的八個修改建議，日前移民局已經正式公布從2014年3月22日起對其中三個重要改動開始執行，這三個變化包括：

一、SVP簽證簡化政策的參與院校增加了19所非大學類院校，成為SVP院校的優勢主要在于簽證程序簡化、速度加快。這19所院校包括了：

1. Alphacrucis College Limited, trading as: Alphacrucis College;

2. Asia Pacific International College Pty Ltd, trading as: Asia Pacific International College;

3. Australian Institute of Professional Education Pty Ltd, trading as: Australian Institute of Professional Education;

4. Avondale College Limited, trading as: Avondale College of Higher Education;

5. Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School Pty Limited, trading as: Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School;

6. Canberra Institute of Technology;

7. Holmesglen Institute of TAFE, trading as: Holmesglen;

8. ICHM Pty Ltd, trading as: International College of Hotel Management;

9. International College of Management, Sydney Pty Limited, trading as: International College of Management, Sydney;

10. Le Cordon Bleu Australia Pty Limited, trading as: Le Cordon Bleu Australia Pty Limited;

11. Le Cordon Bleu Australia Pty Ltd;

12. Navitas Professional Institute Pty Ltd, trading as: Australian College of Applied Psychology, Navitas College of Public Safety;

13. SAE Institute Pty Ltd, trading as: SAE Institute, Qantm College;

14. TAFE SA, trading as: TAFE South Australia;

15. Technical and Further Education Commission, trading as: TAFE NSW Technical and Further, Education Commission, TAFE NSW Higher Education;

二、簽證風險等級中的第四和第五級完全取消。風險等級越高表示簽證程序越復雜，四級和五級的取消代表了中國的中學類簽證降為第三級，這個變化的重大意義在于，這樣就允許中國的學生在完成了國內六年的小學教育后到澳洲就讀7年級（相當于國內的初一）的課程。

三、簽證等級三級的保證金要求降低。過去簽證等級為三級的申請，申請人需要提供足夠在澳洲前18個月的學費和生活費，在3月22日后，這個要求改為要求申請人提供其在澳洲前12個月的學費和生活費的資金證明。
